Shipping & returns
Made to order
Nothing here is warehoused. Every item is printed after you order it, which takes 2–5 business days before it goes to the carrier. Shipping then takes a few days more, so plan on roughly one to two weeks in total. Orders outside the US can take a little longer; checkout shows the estimate for yours.
Where I ship
Most countries. Choose yours in the cart before you check out: shipping is priced for that country, and checkout then takes addresses there only. If the cart says something can't ship to you, get in touch and I'll look into it.
Currency, duties and taxes
Prices are in US dollars, and your card issuer converts them. Outside the US, prices don't include VAT or import duties: if your country charges either when the order arrives, you pay it to the carrier. Gelato prints in more than 30 countries and sends each order to the facility nearest you, so most orders never cross a border.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
I'll replace it or refund it, at no cost to you. Email me within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the problem, and I'll take it from there. Misprints, print defects, and damage in transit all count.
If you simply change your mind
Because each item is printed for you specifically, I can't accept returns for a change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering — and if you're unsure, ask me first and I'll help you pick.
Wrong address
If a parcel comes back because the address was incorrect, I'll get in touch and can reship it once you confirm the right one. Reshipping costs are on the buyer in that case.
