Elegant Tools
Facebook’s Business Design team created Elegant Tools as a year-round series of talks on designing simple, elegant enterprise products.
As the design lead kicking off the series, I got to creative direct script lettering magician Martin Schmetzer on a flexible wordmark and matching monogram to brand the talks. His sketches and the finished script are below.
I also worked closely with Facebook’s incredible space and event design team on the uplighting, the decor and the look of the evenings. Here’s a snapshot of some of that work. The London session at St. Pancras has its own page.
