This design started in Facebook's Analog Research Lab, the underground print shop where I spent years making red type posters and eventually led the team. Always Be Open was a plea to a company moving fast: stay open to feedback, to each other, and to the possibility that we might still be surprised by what we learn. I've carried it to every team I've led since, and this version borrows the look of a shop-window open sign so it can hang wherever the work happens. Printed at 16 x 12 inches.
