Highlights from a short but sweet stint as Head of Design at a recently minted unicorn that set out to reinvent small business insurance.
My focus was product design leadership, and I had a lot of fun beyond it: helping Next develop its illustration style, its brand and marketing narratives, the environmental and interior design for its growing spaces, and a pile of assets to help a stronger creative culture take hold.
